For service appointments, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value. If you're interested in our elegant beauty accessories or Me Time beauty products, please plan accordingly. 

For products, cancellations are accepted before the order has been processed or delivered. Returns or exchanges are only allowed for eligible unused and unopened products in their original condition and packaging, including skin care gifts, subject to our policy.
